Making wellbeing more accessible to more people in pursuit of improved physical, spiritual, and mental health
My vision for Baobab Life is making high-quality, effective massage and wellbeing treatments widely available, providing clients with a healing and therapeutic experience.
Treatments address common pain conditions such as neck, back, and shoulder pain, as well as headaches and occupational-related pain conditions. Massage has also been shown to frequently provide relief of common chronic pain conditions as part of a clinical managed care pathway. Treatments are based on the JING approach, treating the whole person, not just the body. I draw on the best of Eastern and Western techniques, such as shiatsu, trigger-point work, fascial techniques, and deep tissue massage.
I am passionate about self-care, holism, breathing and stretching, tailoring each treatment to the unique needs of each individual.
I use my hands, head and heart to create an experience that plays a major part in helping you balance the demands of life.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to optimum wellbeing and being the best version of yourself you wish to be.
Sincerely
Adrienne

Healing Place
At Baobab Life we specialise in creating a safe place to relax and refresh, far from the demands on a woman's life. We come from a range of life experience and know when you want us to just 'be' as you take time to stop doing and have time just being.
Mindful Space
We create a space in which you can reflect and renew your connection with your whole self. We are on the same journey and understand the need for space as the world crowds out so many of your hopes and aspirations.
Stay the Pace
We promote a holistic lifestyle building resilience through exercise, lifestyle, diet, and relationships. Often, we need a champion in our corner. We would love to be there for you. We can be, or help you find, a coach or mentor for your journey.
We take our name from the Baobab tree because it symbolises strength and endurance. It provides nourishment and healing while weathering storms and adversity. Sometimes called the ‘upside-down tree’ because its branches also resemble roots – it is a wonderful image of sustainable life when your world feels turned on its head.
Allow us to support you in building a successful and resilient life, or recovery from hardship and loss.
