Whether you're dealing with back pain, neck and shoulder pain, whiplash, migraines, carpel tunnel syndrome, sciatica or conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, I will help to reduce your pain and increase your mobility. With a personalized 3-6 session treatment plan, I blend techniques from Eastern and Western traditions e.g. trigger point therapy, shiatsu, fascial techniques, and acupressure - ensuring a truly holistic treatment.
Sports Massage: Whether you're a professional athlete, a fitness enthusiast, planning to run your first marathon, or looking to elevate your game or maintain performance levels, we will create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. De-stress, relaxation massage: A build-up of stress can be insidious, manifesting in your body and mind in unexpected ways. Making time for yourself is important to enable your body and mind to heal and recover. This profound and healing treatment is an invitation to your mind and body to let go of stress, help you unwind, and establish a place of balance.
Hot stone massage: A rhythmic, deep-flowing therapeutic experience using hot basalt stones. This beautiful treatment leaves you deeply relaxed in body, mind, and spirit, dissolving tension and stress.
Mom's & tots: Mums need massage more than anyone but often have the time. This short 40 minute treatment is designed specifically for you. Bring your little one with you into the treatment room whilst you have a much-needed massage. Bring toys, books, or whatever your child needs to be able to be in the treatment room while you have your massage.
Chair Massage for neck and shoulders: Practiced on an ergonomically designed massage chair, whilst remaining fully clothed, these mini treatments focus on the head, neck and shoulders, arms and hands and allow you a brief pause in a hectic day. Chair massage can help with occupational hazards of a sedentary lifestyle, improve flexibility, and soothe neck and shoulder tension.
